How to use the Readability Checker
Click review on the top bar
Click on “Spelling and Grammar”, the very left-hand button.
This will open a pane one the left side of the document and suggest any spelling or grammar alterations. You can either choose one of the suggestions or click “Ignore Once”. You will have to go through all of these before you can see the statistics.
Once the last Spelling or Grammar suggestion has been dealt with the pane will disappear and a new window will open with the statistics on.
