Muti-Site Users - If you have access to multiple sites you can only raise / view issues relevant to the site you are currently viewing.

Raising a new Site Issue

  1. Once logged into Every Education, navigate to the ‘Log issue’ link from the menu on the right.
  2. Complete the form detailing key elements of the issue and completing all fields of the form.
  3. Click the ‘Submit’ button.

Viewing Previous Site Issues

  1. To view previous recent issues, use the ‘Open Issues’ and ‘Closed Issues’ tabs.
