When you began working your USER ACCOUNT was set up by School Employee Services, and an email sent to the personal email from your application form. This process is the same for all new employees.

Please note, your School can run Administrator Reports and advise on both your User Name, and the email address on your User Account.
Due to increased security protocols after this point, if still having difficulties resetting your own password, please email [email protected] for access assistance.
(Not forgetting to include full name, school & employer and NI number).
If you have followed all the steps above, we have now been advised that you should email [email protected] again with zzhelp in the subject line, and they will assist further. The password resets team are the only team authorised to deal with user account access issues.
They cannot deal with user queries over the phone due to data security and GDPR and can only liaise with employees via email. No one can do this on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE that the HR Department or the school is not able to any assist further with this.
