Senso V2 has bought some significant changes to the safeguarding and logging portal.
You can access the new Safeguarding and Logging Portal from this link https://app.senso.cloud/logging, or if you are on the main console from the top right.
This will bring up the new Logging portal.
Clicking a violation will bring up a a new window. Here you will be able to review the violation and decide what action is needed.
- Starting from the left you have a preview image of the violation. You can click to enlarge this image if needed.
- Next near the top you have the violation status, here you can set the violation as resolved or click the blue icon to set another status, such as Pending or needs investigation.
- To the right of this there is a notes button, here you can enter any additional notes about the violation.
Once you have reviewed the violation you can move onto the next and repeat the process.
