Ipswitch can be set to only show users who are currently online, making offline users invisible.
To Make Offline Users Visible
1) Load up the main Ipswitch window
2) From the menu select ‘View’
3) Ensure that the ‘Show Only Online Users’ box is un-ticked
4) Ipswitch should now show both online and offline users
To Hide Offline Users
1) Load up the main Ipswitch window
2) From the menu select ‘View’
3) Tick the ‘Show Only Online Users’ box
4) Ipswitch should now show only users who are online
