Sims contains a setting that hides users born before a certain date from Attendance and subsequently they do not appear in Sims.

This setting sometimes gets reset and excludes any students in Year 12 and 13. To change the settings follow the following steps -

From the Main Menu select ‘ Tools’ > ‘Setups’ > ‘Attendance Setup’ > ‘Module Setup
Go to '3. Exclude from Attendance' and change the date in the 'Exclude students with Date of Birth before' field to a date which includes all current sixth form students
Students should now show up successfully in Sims Attendance and Lesson Monitor.
