Group Emails can be a very useful tool if you want to send an email to the entire class or to a group of people. Within our email system we have predefined groups for each class which will make it even easier to send emails to groups. 

Those groups should be automatically assigned to you but you can request to join them.

Sending Group Emails

Sending a Group email is very simple.

  1. Begin by creating an email the normal way.
  2. In the 'To' box type to group you want to send an email to, in our case we will be sending it to a class so we will type 10A-CS
  3. Once you have typed that you can complete the email like normal and then send it.


It is important to note that you cant create groups, if you need a group created please contact us via the helpdesk and we will create one.
