When trying to open attachments in Ipswitch conversations you may experience on error similar to the one below preventing the file from opening.
This is due to a limitation in the Ipswitch client that occurs when it has been running for a short period of time and unfortunately there is currently no permanent fix.
To view the available attachments you should right click on the file, select Save As and save the file somewhere on your PC.
Once saved you should be able to double click on the attachment in the message which will now successfully open or navigate to where the file was saved and open from there. Once the file is no longer needed it can be safely deleted.
Alternatively logging out and back in or restarting your PC will fix the error for a short period of time and allow you to reopen the conversation and open the attachment.
